We have experience working with geotechnical, civil and environmental engineers who provide site plans requiring subsurface soil condition testing and soil compaction, as well as storm drain installation. We also provide finish grading, so that your project is ready for concrete.
On the residential level, Dodd Construction builds chert or clay pads in preparation for campers, mobile homes and new home construction. We develop new driveways and make improvements to existing driveways in need of repair. If your driveway crosses a ditch or drainage area, we can make accommodations for installation of the tile.
